If you have a question, you may easily find your answer in this list of frequently asked questions. If your question is not listed here, please contact us via the contact form. We typically aim to respond within 24 hours.

If your invoice mentions something that should have been in your package but isn’t, please contact our customer service via email at service@ollies-fashion.nl. Please provide your order number and the item number of the product you’re missing, and we will investigate this for you. Normally, we can provide the missing item to you free of charge. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount you paid for the item.

Mistakes are not always avoidable, but we will do our best to resolve this with you. If you have noticed an error in your order, please contact our customer service at service@ollies-fashion.nl.
