Ollies Fashion will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing product orders and in evaluating service requests. The delivery address is the address provided by the buyer to the company. Goods are delivered in accordance with the legally applicable provisions in the Netherlands regarding distance selling.
Ollies Fashion is not liable for any damage you may suffer due to the order being delivered to an incorrectly provided residential address. You must timely notify Ollies Fashion of your correct address and any changes thereto. If you have moved and have not informed Ollies Fashion, delivery to the last address made known to Ollies Fashion will be considered valid.
Ollies Fashion is not liable for any damage you may suffer due to delivery not taking place at your actual address. Orders accepted by Ollies Fashion will be executed as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days unless a longer delivery period has been agreed upon. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed, or only partially, the buyer will be informed no later than one month after placing the order. In that case, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement without any costs. In that case, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge. If the delivered item does not conform to what was agreed upon and this non-conformity is a defect within the meaning of the product liability regulations, Ollies Fashion is not liable for consequential damages arising from it.
Payment at Ollies Fashion can be made through electronic payment options offered via the online payment system. Payment for an order always takes place in advance. The order will only be shipped after receipt of the amount due. If payment is not made within a period of fourteen days, the order will be canceled. The buyer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to the entrepreneur without delay.

You have the option to cancel the order within 24 hours after it has been placed, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. You can notify us of this cancellation by email.

Items from the SALE cannot be exchanged. You may return the item. You will then receive a voucher for the value of the item. You can then use this voucher in our shop. This voucher is valid for 6 months.
