Complaints about your Ollies Fashion order

If you have a complaint, please contact us.

It is, of course, unfortunate if you have a complaint about the service you have experienced. However, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint to the customer contact department via email. This can be done via email, regular mail, and/or by phone. Our customer contact department staff will review the complaint and attempt to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction.
